About the Role

The Enrollment Advisor is a contractual, sales role where you will be managing sales leads and speaking with potential clients 1:1 to determine if they are the right fit for one of our programs, and (if so) walking them through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

● Conduct sales calls with potential clients to answer their questions.

● Track sales metrics using company-provided resources.

● Track and follow up with leads using our tracking system

● Use social media and forums to nurture current leads and client relationships, and prospect for new leads

● Communicate comfortably in the team

● Work closely with our support team to move clients through the enrollment process

Extremely self-motivated and driven. You don’t need someone looking over your shoulder or checking in.

● Work independently and systematically follow up with leads

● Be resourceful and navigate on your own before asking for help.

● Show up for meetings and calls on time, every time. You’re reliable and follow through on your commitments.

● Have open calendar availability weekly.

● Extremely solid integrity. You are honest with others and honest with yourself. This business and its team are built on integrity and transparency.

● Be a team player. You desire to help your teammates win and readily align your decisions and actions with the team’s goals and mission. If you think that another team member would be a better fit for a potential customer, you have no qualms about making the introduction, even if that means the other person gets credit for the sale.

Requirements 

● 6 months - 3 years’ experience in sales preferred, preferably in the coaching or education industry. Open to minimal experience but must meet all expectations and be available for training.

● Personal computer with headset/headphones

● Strong internet connection

● Quiet, undisturbed location to hold client calls

● Training will be provided for this role

● 10% Commission on all products sold and closed by contractor
